Practical, accessible mindfulness—
grounded in evidence and designed for real life.

Program Design & Evaluation

Customized mindfulness programs for organizations, schools, and individuals.

Mindfulness is not one-size-fits-all. Program design is grounded in peer-reviewed research and built around clear evaluation — not just delivering sessions, but measuring outcomes.

Evidence-Based — Rooted in peer-reviewed research on mindfulness, psychoneuroimmunology, and stress regulation.

Tailored — Aligned with organizational, team, or individual goals and constraints.

Evaluated — Outcomes are measured, not assumed.

Retreats & Experiences

Ready-to-book retreats, sound experiences, and guided training — for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Mindfulness deepens through direct experience. These offerings bring practices to life in person — through immersive sound, guided training, and dedicated time away — for anyone ready to build the skill, not just read about it.

Experiential — Practices applied in real time, not just discussed.

Accessible — No prior experience required; open to individuals, teams, and groups.

Ready to Book — Set dates and formats, available now.

Programs are developed and led by Dr. Danielle Oyler, whose background spans academic research, program evaluation, and mindfulness intervention design — including developing and evaluating mindfulness programs for schools, and underserved populations. They bring modern neuroscience into practical, skills-based training, helping participants develop awareness, emotional tolerance, and recovery capacity in real-life situations.
